Small Tools.
These tools are usually referred to as finger tools, thumbnail tools or pebble tools. They are generally held with the thumb and two fingers. The tools included here all show evidence of handling as well as wear on the business end. Most are probably the remains of flint knappping, tool making or just debitage from other stone work. Being as efficient as these people were, nothing went to waste and these remnants were used as tools when possible. Some of these strongly resemble broken or discarded arrow heads or points.
